Absolutely. The offer is valid on all collections of Boots and Shoes and you can choose the size of your choice.

For the offer "One pair bought = one second offered", the discount is done automatically, without promo code.

Otherwise, it is to be entered on the payment page, on the right. You will find the box "Enter your coupon code here". Then you just have to click on "Apply" and the discount will be applied.

Design, customer service and store management are done from our office in Saint Brieuc, France.
As our boots & shoes do not have a digital printing machine in our premises, we subcontract this part to our manufacturer and partner based in Asia. We guarantee from him a perfect respect of the working conditions of his employees and are in close daily collaboration with him.

In an eco-responsible approach, our boots & shoes are made following each order. In fact, we have no surplus stock and eliminate the problem of unsold goods to be thrown away.

We recommend regular cleaning with clear water and the application of a standard waterproofing spray.

From the moment the items are sent to production or shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order. You will have to return the items and place a new order.

Shipping and Returns

We exchange pairs of boots and shoes free of charge for up to 30 days after receipt of the order.
You just have to send us a request via our contact form (At the bottom of this page) or by email ( contact@raveupforever.com ) indicating :

Order number
Name of the shoe(s) received
Size(s) received
New size(s) desired

We will confirm by email the sending of the new pairs of shoes.

Return request for a refund of the items - Within 30 days of receiving the last package of the order:

1- Gather in one package, all items to be returned. For the boots, you can wait until you receive both pairs. They must be shipped new and without traces of use.

2 - On a blank piece of paper, please write "Refund Request" with your name/order number and insert it in the package.

3 - Return the items to us at the address below in a parcel with or without signature:

We suggest you to use the online service Colissimo of La Poste, more economical and convenient than at the counter.

The return of items without request for exchange is at the expense of our customers.

4- Once the packages are received, we will immediately refund the items via the payment method used (Paypal or credit card).

It is quite normal that you did not receive everything at the same time, each item is sent in its own package. The articles can thus be received to you with several days of interval with the Post office. If an ordered product is in waiting of restocking, we dispatch all the same the remainder of the articles being in stock.

To propose a purified and simplistic packaging allows us to propose our products at the best price. Moreover, in an ecological concern, it seems inconceivable to us to use overprinted cartons, more difficult to recycle, which will be thrown away immediately after reception of the packages.

As these products are manufactured following each order and shipped immediately, it is possible that a manufacturing smell is still present at the reception. Be reassured, it will fade away after a few days in the open air.
